A mix of enterprise work, product builds, and one concept piece. Each one tells the same story in a different shape: what was wrong, what I changed, and whether it actually worked.
Too many skincare products, no way to track what I owned, what was open, and what was still waiting in the backlog. I'd repurchase things I already had because I couldn't remember. No existing app solved this without demanding an account and harvesting data I didn't want to share.
Navigation was inconsistent across the platform. Homepage was overloaded with mission/vision content that blocked access to core tools. Metadata across the service catalog was incomplete. Onboarding relied on documentation rather than in-product clarity.
No defined flows, roles, or product vision. No agreed scope, no shared understanding of who would use the tool or how, and no MVP boundary. Stakeholders across two organisations had fundamentally different expectations.
Search was poor — users couldn't find documents reliably. 30+ items displayed at once in a flat grid with no grouping or version control. No way to identify the latest version of a document at a glance.
Most of my professional work is enterprise and internal tools. This concept exists to demonstrate range: I can also design for consumer-facing products where emotion, energy, and conversion matter just as much as usability.
